In the photo above, Revolutionary Socialist labor lawyer Haitham Mohammadein is dancing with a stick (Tahteeb) during a wedding we were invited to in the Upper Egyptian province of Minya. The groom was one of the organizers of the December 2007 Real Estate Tax Collectors’ strike.
